At Yardbird, we are monitoring the ongoing developments of COVID-19 and its impact across our communities. 

We are committed to mitigating the spread of COVID-19 and are making adjustments to our operating procedures effective immediately until further notice.  Please note that these new policies are subject to change during this uncertain time. 

Keeping our Showrooms Safe

The safety of our employees and customers is our top priority.  Our team is taking numerous steps to keep our showrooms safe for customers and employees, alike.  

Effective immediately, our showroom hours of operation have changed:

St. Louis Park, Minnesota
Temporarily Closed effective March 28, 2020

Lone Tree, Colorado
Temporarily Closed effective March 25, 2020

Sanitation efforts have been increased in our showrooms and warehouses to ensure all furniture, fixtures and common places are regularly cleaned before, during and after business hours.

We will practice and promote social distancing in our workplace and showrooms.  Our corporate office will transition to working remotely, while safety and sanitary notices will be placed throughout our showrooms to ensure our customers feel safe while shopping.

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, we have changed our shipping and delivery policy to offer next-day shipping nationwide on all in-stock items and next-day delivery on all in-stock items being delivered in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area.

Please note that these shipping and policies are subject to change at any moment.

To ensure the safety of our freight partners and customers, none of our delivery carriers will be entering a customer’s home at this time.

To keep our staff and customers safe, we will no longer offer warehouse pickup as a shipping option in Minnesota and will work with those who had previously scheduled a warehouse pickup to make alternate delivery plans.  This is effective immediately until further notice.

In the event you would like to postpone delivery, we are happy to work with you to coordinate an adjusted delivery timeline that works for you.  Customers who have questions about their delivery or would like to make modifications to their delivery should contact Customer Service to discuss their order.
