At Yardbird, we are monitoring the ongoing developments of COVID-19 and its impact across our communities.

We are committed to mitigating the spread of COVID-19 and have adjusted our operating procedures to adhere to all CDC and State guidelines. Please note that these new policies are subject to change during this uncertain time.

Keeping our Showrooms Safe

The safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. Our team is taking numerous steps to keep our showrooms safe for customers and employees, alike.

Current Policies Include:

  • Our St. Louis Park, Lone Tree and Overland Park showrooms are now open.  No more than 15 people may be in the store at a time, including employees. 
      • Private appointments are available for vulnerable persons between 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM on weekdays and can be scheduled by calling us.
      • Groups will be allowed into the showroom as capacity permits.
      • We kindly ask that groups are limited to two (2) individuals when possible.
    • Social distancing is required, a minimum of six (6) feet between groups must be maintained both inside and outside of the showroom.

    • Time will be taken to disinfect surfaces before new groups can enter the building.

    • Face masks are HIGHLY recommended for customers and mandatory for employees.

    • Hand sanitizer will be provided to the best of our ability.

    Shipping and Delivery

    At this time, all in-stock orders eligible for Curbside Delivery will ship in about 7-10 business days.  All Kansas City and Colorado White Glove deliveries will ship in 10-15 business days.

    Please note that these shipping timelines may be delayed due to COVID-19.  

    To ensure the safety of our freight partners and customers, none of our delivery carriers will be entering a customer’s home at this time.

    We are currently offering warehouse pickup at our New Hope warehouse in a limited capacity on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Due to COVID-19, customers will not be able to receive warehouse assistance in loading product into your vehicle or trailer.

    In the event you would like to postpone delivery, we are happy to work with you to coordinate an adjusted delivery timeline that works for you.  Customers who have questions about their delivery or would like to make modifications to their delivery should contact Customer Service to discuss their order.

    In the event of any changes to shipping or delivery operations, we will contact you directly to discuss these interruptions.
