Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. If you don’t love our furniture, call us within 30 days of your order and we will gladly accept back any of our products as long as it is in new condition. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will work with you to coordinate all of the pickup and shipping details. Please keep in mind, return shipping fees can fall between $95-$500. Furniture must be repackaged in the way it arrived to return.  Furthermore, we cannot accept furniture returns that are not in new condition, so please be mindful of this before you start living on your Yardbird furniture.

Cancellations:

Yardbird will accept cancellations if notified within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours the cancellation is then considered a return and subject to our return policy.
