At Yardbird, we take great pride in our outdoor furniture and we strive to bring you the best quality at the best price. We guarantee our product is free of any manufacturing flaws in workmanship and materials. Ultimately, we will work hard to assure you are happy with your Yardbird purchase.
We’ve spent countless hours learning what makes the highest quality outdoor furniture in the world. Therefore, we have one of the industry best warranties.
We Cover:
- Any defects from craftsmanship will be replaced within 3 years of your purchase.
- Our Sunbrella fabric has a 5 year warranty and frames have a 10 year warranty.
- Yardbird adirondack chair components are warrantied under normal use for 5 years from the date of shipment.
Yardbird products are handcrafted one at a time. Though they are rarely noticeable, there may be natural variations in weaving pattern, frame color, sizing, etc. that are not product flaws. Such variations are natural in the manufacturing of hand-made products.
All warranties are presented to the original purchaser and are non-transferrable.
How to submit a warranty claim
Email us at hello@yardbird.com with photos and an explanation of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.
What our warranty doesn’t cover
- Commercial use.
- Failure caused by lack of appropriate care/maintenance or improper storage.
- Damage caused by external sources.
- Slight compression of cushions.
- Glass table tops.
- Isles, Calhoun and Havana collections.
- Furniture cushions, liners, or foam. (Fabric only)
- Umbrella products are covered by their standard warranty.
- Damage caused by wildlife or pets.
