Shipping and Delivery

FREE Curbside Delivery on orders over $2,000. We believe in making your shopping experience as comfy as our furniture, all the way through the delivery. 

Any orders under $2,000 pay a flat rate of $145 for Curbside Delivery.


At this time, all in-stock orders eligible for Curbside Delivery will ship within two weeks of placing your order.  Once shipped, orders typically take between 3-7 business days in transit to deliver.  Please Note: orders ship once all items are in stock. 

The delivery team schedules deliveries during normal business hours on weekdays.

*If you are not present for delivery and miss your scheduled appointment with the delivery company, extra shipping charges may be applied. Any changes to already scheduled delivery appointments must be made by the customer directly with the delivering freight company.

Orders will be subject to our Return Policy once the order has been shipped. This includes full and partial cancellations. If you would like to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible at and we will do our best to help meet this request.

Please note,tracking information is typically sent at end-of-day so there is often a lag time between the items shipping and receiving that notice.


Small Parcel (UPS and FedEx) – Small parcel deliveries (like pillows and accessories) do not require a signature. These products will be left at your nearest entry point by the delivery driver. Estimated delivery date and tracking information will be provided via email shortly after your order ships.

Light Assembly Required- Some of our furniture does require light assembly.  Please contact us if you have any product-specific assembly questions.

Additional Freight Delivery Information

When the local delivery company receives your furniture, they will call to schedule a delivery time that will take place in a four-hour delivery window. You will be notified by the driver when they are close to your location.  After delivery, you will need to dispose of packaging, which may include but is not limited to boxes and/or wood pallet(s).

White Glove Delivery is available in select markets across the United States.  Those customers eligible for white glove delivery will be able to select this option at checkout if available.  Please note that white glove delivery includes delivery, assembly and placement of furniture in your desired outdoor space with the exception of the following items:

  • Fire Table Burners
  • Fire Guards
  • Market and Cantilever Umbrellas
  • Elliot Furniture Connectors

These items will need to be assembled and/or installed upon delivery.

Damage Inspection – The driver will present a delivery receipt that you will be asked to sign to accept your order. We strongly urge you to quickly look over your products for signs of damage before signing the delivery receipt. If package clearly shows damaged goods then please "refuse the package". If there is slight damage on the outside of boxes, then we ask you to please clearly print “Received as Damaged” next to your signature and the date if you see any of the following:

  • Clearly visible torn cushions or fabric
  • Crushed, torn or ripped cardboard boxes with clear damage to the product inside
  • Missing components/boxes from set

After delivery, please contact Yardbird immediately via our Returns Portal and we will work with you to resolve the situation. Photo evidence is extremely helpful in expediting the resolution process. 

Additional Shipping Information

We are currently offering warehouse pickup at our Minneapolis warehouse in a limited capacity on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Due to COVID-19, customers will not be able to receive warehouse assistance in loading product into your vehicle or trailer.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

In rare circumstances, non-standard shipping charges may apply. These will occur when items are to be delivered to isolated service areas, such as remote areas not easily accessible by a delivery vehicle (i.e. islands, etc.)
